Conference Announcements

October 9, 2019

We will have a kick-off dinner the night before each conference. This is an opportunity to meet fellow veterans, presenters, and staff in an informal and fun setting. The registration fee for the dinner is $25 and includes food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Sponsors, exhibitors, and donations are needed to defray the cost of the event and provide travel scholarships for those veterans who are short on funds. There are many levels of sponsorship, from $10,000 to $500. Sponsorship benefits include exhibitor space, company logo in program books, advertising on web pages, luncheon tickets, and opportunities to present your organization at the conference. For details, download the Sponsor Levels and Exhibitor and Program Ad Flyers.

We have joined forces with the Women Veterans Social Justice Network to host the conference. WVSJN is a non-profit group with thousands of members. It has been helping women veterans get the help and support they need, learn coping skills, take advantage of professional opportunities, and advocate for change. More information about WVSJN can be found on their Facebook page.
